Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet token-midrange strategy commanded by Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer. The primary objective is to spend the early turns developing mana acceleration and producing numerous small, incidental tokens such as Thopters, Servos, Clues, and Treasures. In the midgame, the deck creates a single high-quality token—such as a massive Construct from Urza, Lord High Artificer, a 3/3 deathtouch/lifelink Wurm from Wurmcoil Engine, or a cloned copy of Hellrider using cards like Cackling Counterpart or Feldon of the Third Path. Once Brudiclad resolves, it immediately unifies every token into a duplicate of that premier threat and grants the entire board haste at combat. This sudden transformation converts unassuming utility boards into lethal combat swings across one or two turns. In addition to combat overruns, the list features potent backup win conditions like Mechanized Production, The Locust God, and Krenko, Mob Boss.
