Liesa by crballer

Format: Commander

Commander: Liesa, Shroud of Dusk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Liesa, Shroud of Dusk leads an Orzhov lifegain/tax deck. Primary plan: put Liesa and cheap life triggers online, attack with lifelink flyers, then convert the life surplus into table-wide drain with Sanguine Bond, Vito, Enduring Tenacity, Gray Merchant, and Exsanguinate. Secondary path is grinding via Kambal, Painful Quandary, and Wound Reflection while Aetherflux Reservoir threatens a 50-life snipe. The commander is mainly a repeatable drain engine and a 5/5 flying lifelink beater; the deck does not hinge on her. There is no hidden commander; the closest thing is the trio of drain permanents that can turn one large life-gain spell into lethal against all three opponents.
