Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black artifact synergy and graveyard reanimator deck commanded by Imotekh the Stormlord. The primary game plan revolves around repeatedly triggering Imotekh's ability by moving artifact cards out of the graveyard via unearth, recursive loops, and targeted reanimation. Each trigger produces pairs of 2/2 Necron Warrior artifact tokens, which quickly amass into a lethal board presence enhanced by Imotekh's combat menace buff, Skorpekh Lord, and Cranial Plating. Supplementing the token beatdown plan is a suite of high-cost reanimation targets such as Cityscape Leveler, Shard of the Void Dragon, and Noxious Gearhulk, capable of turning the tide when brought back via Living Death or Victimize. While the deck possesses strong mid-game engine recovery and resource generation, it relies on combat damage without immediate haste, leaving its win condition exposed across multiple turns to board wipes and graveyard disruption.
