Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking is a single-faced commander and the deck's main engine. Primary plan is acceleration through mana-dork Elves, then an overwhelming tribal token wave finished by Craterhoof Behemoth or Ezuri's overrun. The commander's activated-ability copying turns the graveyard into a toolbox: with Buried Alive putting Devoted Druid and Immaculate Magistrate into the bin, Thranduil can produce infinite green mana with just one other Elf. Secondary wins are Elven drains such as Shaman of the Pack, Skemfar Shadowsage, and Lathril's activation. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to leverage Thranduil's graveyard access and legendary-Elf draw trigger.
