Format: Commander

Commander: Urza, Chief Artificer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Urza, Chief Artificer is the cost-reducer and payoff: his affinity discount makes the expensive artifact-creature top end castable, while his end-step Construct token gives a free scaling attacker and artifact count. The main plan is to build a wide, evasive artifact-creature board-Thopters, Myr, and Constructs-and push damage through menace plus anthems. Secondary lines use Cranial Plating on Urza for 21 commander damage, or March of Progress copying Myr Battlesphere for a burst. The 99 contains no hidden commander; Sharuum the Hegemon, Alela, and Sai support the swarm with recursion and tokens.
