Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control strategy led by Bruvac the Grandiloquent. Bruvac doubles all cards milled by opponents, turning kicked Maddening Cacophony into a lethal one-shot spell that empties all opposing libraries simultaneously. The deck supports this plan with consistent instant and sorcery tutors, including Spellseeker and Mystical Tutor. A premier suite of free counterspells like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Pact of Negation protects Bruvac and shields the winning turn without tapping out. Powerful card advantage engines like Rhystic Study, The One Ring, and Consecrated Sphinx maintain resource superiority. If Bruvac is removed or exiled, the deck seamlessly pivots to an alternate win line using Mind Over Matter and The One Ring to draw the entire library and win with Thassa's Oracle or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
