Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Jund aggressive strategy centered on Ognis, the Dragon's Lash. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost creatures with haste during the opening turns, casting Ognis on Turn 3, and immediately attacking to generate tapped Treasure tokens for each attacking haste creature. By Turn 4, the deck leverages this burst of artifact mana into lethal payoffs like Mirkwood Bats, Ingenious Artillerist, Reckless Fireweaver, or Beastmaster Ascension. Rather than depending on an infinite loop, the deck drains all three opponents simultaneously through artifact entry and sacrifice triggers while dealing aggressive combat damage. Plentiful card advantage from Professional Face-Breaker, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King, and Idol of Oblivion keeps resources flowing. While vulnerable to early sweepers, its dense haste redundancy allows it to rebuild quickly and threaten a table kill by Turn 6.
