Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sab-Sunen, Luxa Embodied anchors a Simic midrange landfall and card-draw engine that scales into explosive board states. The commander enters as an indestructible threat that alternates between drawing cards and attacking as its counter count fluctuates. The deck develops excess mana through land-drop engines like Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait and Tatyova, Benthic Druid, refilling the hand to support massive battlefield presence. Primary paths to victory include overwhelming combat with Craterhoof Behemoth, generating lethal armies via Scute Swarm or Field of the Dead, drawing through the entire deck with Cultivator Colossus to trigger Thassa Oracle, or alternative win conditions like Simic Ascendancy and Twenty-Toed Toad.
