Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut, turning every artifact under your control into Food and an active burn engine. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap 1–2 CMC cantrip artifacts, casting Ragost on Turn 2, and attaching a lifelink enabler such as Basilisk Collar or Spirit Link. When Ragost sacrifices an artifact for {1}, it deals 3 damage to each opponent, netting 9 life in a 4-player pod. This massive lifegain satisfies Ragost's end-step trigger, allowing Ragost to untap at the end of every player's turn. By activating the ability on opponents' turns, the deck rapidly burns the entire table while gaining 30+ life per rotation. Dedicated 1-mana protection spells safeguard Ragost, while token generators like Nuka-Cola Vending Machine and Weapons Manufacturing provide continuous fuel. If Ragost is removed, alternate finishers like Hellkite Tyrant, Storm Herd, or Sami, Wildcat Captain close the game.
