Deck overview

This Esper artifact deck is helmed by the partner pair Rebbec, Architect of Ascension and Silas Renn, Seeker Adept. Rebbec erects a dynamic protection umbrella - artifacts you control are protected from each mana value among artifacts you control - while Silas recurs artifact cards from the graveyard on combat damage. The deck is a midrange artifact-value pile: it deploys token and draw engines (Sai, Master Thopterist, Alela, Artful Provocateur, Vedalken Archmage, Thopter Spy Network), then wins through combat with lords and huge artifact creatures (Master of Etherium, Urza, Prince of Kroog, Kappa Cannoneer, Cybermen Squadron's myriad, and Magister Sphinx's life-setting ETB). Time Sieve extra turns and a Mindslaver + Unwinding Clock lock offer alt-win routes, while Encroaching Mycosynth + Darksteel Forge plus the one-sided Organic Extinction turn the board into an indestructible army. The commanders are accelerants, not requirements - the 99 carries the plan.
