Deck overview

This is a high-density artifact storm deck commanded by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, built to exploit her draw trigger on historic spells (artifacts, legends, and sagas). With an average mana value of just 0.89 (excluding lands), the deck packs over 50 cheap or free artifacts, allowing it to chain casts into a massive card advantage engine. The primary win conditions are the Painter's Servant + Grindstone combo to mill the entire library, then either Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac (with no cards in library), or a high-life Aetherflux Reservoir activation after a long storm turn. Urza, Lord High Artificer provides both mana generation and a large token to finish through combat. The deck's plan is to accelerate into Jhoira as fast as possible, then rapidly cycle through artifacts to assemble a winning line, often with Retract or Rebuild to reset the board and recast for additional draws.
