Deck overview

This is a Dimir mill/exile deck helmed by Umbris, Fear Manifest, built around exiling opponents' libraries to grow Umbris into a massive threat while assembling a Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation combo finish. The deck leverages premium tutors (Vampiric Tutor, Imperial Seal, Demonic Tutor) and fast mana (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Lotus Petal) to assemble its win conditions quickly. Secondary lines include Bruvac the Grandiloquent doubling mill spells like Maddening Cacophony and Fractured Sanity to mill opponents out, and Helm of Obedience + Leyline of the Void as a hard exile-mill lock. The deck is a hybrid of cEDH-style combo and casual mill, with a dense interaction suite of 10 counterspells and 5 free spells to protect its game plan.
