Deck overview

This Abzan deck blends aristocrats sacrifice strategies with +1/+1 counter synergies under Felothar, Dawn of the Abzan. The game plan focuses on generating cheap creature tokens using engines like Bitterblossom and Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, then sacrificing them to trigger Felothar's combat ability and grow the entire team. Meanwhile, drain pieces like Cruel Celebrant and Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim steadily reduce opposing life totals. The deck transitions into a decisive victory using infinite combos such as Basking Broodscale with Rosie Cotton of South Lane, or by overrunning the table with mass evasion from Abzan Falconer and Triumph of the Hordes. Efficient white and black removal spells keep opposing threats in check, while Grand Abolisher, Duty Beyond Death, and Boromir, Warden of the Tower protect the board during critical winning windows.
