Deck overview

This Naya Equipment deck is helmed by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER, a haste commander that draws cards on attack and generates Treasure tokens when its power reaches 7 or greater. The primary game plan is to suit up Cloud with powerful equipment like Colossus Hammer or Wrecking Ball Arm, then chain extra combat steps via Tifa, Martial Artist and Overpowering Attack to overwhelm opponents with commander damage or wide combat. The deck also features a robust recursion package (Aerith, Last Ancient, Unfinished Business) and a handful of value engines (Puresteel Paladin, Professional Face-Breaker) to maintain momentum. Secondary win conditions include Hellkite Tyrant's artifact-count alternate win condition and Summon: Kujata's direct damage. The deck is moderately dependent on Cloud as its primary draw engine and attack trigger, but can still function through its equipment synergies and recursion if the commander is answered.
