Avengers ASSEMBLE by ToastyBrown

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain America, Team Leader

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Captain America, Team Leader headlines a Hero tribal midrange build that wants to cast a Hero every turn, turning each entrance into a haste/vigilance buff and a +1/+1 counter for the commander and the new Hero. The secondary plan is a wide combat finish using Ant-Man's Treasure, Director Nick Fury's cost reduction, and anthem effects such as Door of Destinies and Captain America, Wings of Freedom. Card advantage comes from Kindred Discovery, Reconnaissance Mission, and Black Widow. There is no true hidden commander; Captain America, Wings of Freedom acts as an extra Captain America that converts toughness into a team-wide pump in the final push.
