Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mono-Green Bear Tribal and Stompy Midrange deck commanded by Beorn the Fierce. The primary game plan leverages a dense suite of one-mana ramp creatures and enchantments to quickly deploy early Bears and Changelings on turns two and three. On Turn 4, casting Beorn turns another creature into a Bear and triggers his combat ability to draw two cards every turn cycle. The deck translates this card advantage and board presence into game-ending combat pressure starting on Turn 5, deploying massive beaters like Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Surrak and Goreclaw, and Elder Gargaroth. Game-ending pump spells such as Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth grant lethal trample damage across all three opponents by Turn 7. While vulnerable to early sweepers and lacking stack-based interaction against fast combo decks, its high density of power-matters draw engines and targeted hexproof protection spells provide strong resilience and rapid recovery.
