Deck overview

This deck is a five-color enchantment midrange list built around Tom Bombadil. Its primary objective is to deploy a sequence of impactful Sagas that control opposing boards, generate creature tokens, and provide ongoing card draw. Once Tom Bombadil enters the battlefield and four lore counters accumulate, the commander becomes virtually immune to direct destruction and cascades directly into new Sagas whenever a final chapter resolves. Win conditions are achieved through combat damage from Angel and Dragon tokens generated by cards like Sigil of the Empty Throne, Firja's Retribution, and There and Back Again, supplemented by passive drain from Narci, Fable Singer. While resilient against single-target interaction due to built-in hexproof and indestructible clauses, the deck relies heavily on basic lands for fixing and operates primarily at sorcery speed, making it susceptible to mass enchantment exile and aggressive early combo strategies.
