Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos group-slug/punisher deck helmed by Tokka & Rahzar, Terrible Twos. The plan is to deploy a critical mass of permanents that punish opponents for casting spells, drawing cards, and activating abilities, then amplify that damage with Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Twinflame Tyrant, Fiendish Duo, and Wound Reflection. A chaos/prison package - Possibility Storm, Omen Machine, Knowledge Pool, Wild Evocation - forces free casts that trigger every punisher and the commander, who deals 3 damage whenever a spell is cast for less than its mana value (synergizing with cost reducers Helm of Awakening, Urza's Filter, and Lavaleaper). The deck wins through attrition: accumulated punisher damage doubled by Wound Reflection at each end step, with Mana Geyser + Prisoner's Dilemma as a burst finish. It is a slow, grindy inevitability deck rather than a combo deck.
