Deck overview

This is a high-powered Izzet Storm deck built around Ral, Monsoon Mage. The primary strategy is to chain cheap instants and sorceries to flip Ral into his powerful planeswalker form, then use his cost reduction and ultimate to fuel a storm kill via Grapeshot, Brain Freeze, or Mind's Desire. The deck is packed with fast mana, rituals, and card draw to generate massive storm counts, while leveraging powerful engines like Underworld Breach, Birgi, God of Storytelling, and Storm-Kiln Artist for infinite or near-infinite loops. It's a glass-cannon combo deck aiming for early, explosive wins.
