Deck overview

Treebeard leads a GW life-gain strategy that converts every point of life gained into +1/+1 counters on a Halfling or Treefolk, usually Treebeard himself. The deck uses mana dorks and cheap creatures to establish a soul-sister engine, then pumps Treebeard into a trampling 21/21 to close with commander damage. A secondary line assembles Scurry Oak and Rosie Cotton of South Lane for infinite Squirrel tokens, which can either overwhelm opponents or trigger life-gain. Protection spells like Sheltering Word and Blacksmith's Skill keep the plan alive, while board wipes reset hostile boards.
