Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul midrange strategy led by Roxanne, Starfall Savant. It accelerates early with efficient land and artifact ramp to deploy Roxanne on Turn 4. Roxanne immediately generates Meteorite tokens that provide targeted 2-damage removal while effectively tapping for two mana under her passive ability. The deck transitions into a lethal clock on Turn 5 by casting heavy damage triplers like Fiery Emancipation, extra combat enablers like Karlach, Fury of Avernus, or trigger doublers like Roaming Throne and Doubling Season. While it does not utilize infinite combos, it closes games by Turn 7 through overwhelming combat steps and compounded non-combat burn from cards like Ingenious Artillerist. The deck is resilient against single-target disruption due to strong mana production, though it must respect mass exile effects and dedicated board wipes.
