Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf tribal deck built around Thranduil, the Elvenking, whose ability to gain all activated abilities of Elf cards in his graveyard makes the graveyard a second hand. The deck fills the graveyard with mana Elves and utility Elves - Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Deathbloom Ritualist, Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Lathril, Blade of the Elves - then casts Thranduil and turns him into a one-card mana engine and toolbox. The primary win is going wide with Elf tokens and overwhelming with Beastmaster Ascension, Overwhelming Stampede, Finale of Devastation, and Ezuri's overrun, with Lathril's drain as a secondary. The commander's legendary ETB trigger draws two and discards one, filling the graveyard while keeping the hand full. It is a midrange Elfball that can explode into a massive board, but it is heavily dependent on the graveyard and the commander.
