Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck accelerates into high-power, low-mana creatures to cheat Ghalta, Primal Hunger onto the battlefield as early as Turn 4 for just two green mana. Once Ghalta is deployed, the deck leverages power-matters card draw engines like Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise to maintain hand size and fuel subsequent turns. Critical onset occurs on Turn 5, applying severe combat pressure that forces opposing interaction. The deck closes out games over two subsequent combat cycles using trample enablers and explosive pump spells such as Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth. While resilient against single-target removal thanks to low-cost protection spells, the strategy is vulnerable to mass board wipes and non-creature combo strategies due to its absence of stack interaction and stax pieces.
