[Bant] Counter Blitz - Upgraded Precon by user3010015

Format: Commander

Commander: Tidus, Yuna's Guardian

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a +1/+1 counters-matter deck helmed by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian in Bant colors. The primary game plan is to rapidly accumulate counters through proliferate effects and counter doublers, then deploy large creatures to overwhelm opponents in combat. Simic Ascendancy provides an alternate win condition once twenty growth counters are reached. The commander enables counter movement and generates card advantage plus proliferate on combat damage, but the deck does not rely on him exclusively. The strategy is fundamentally fair midrange - it grows across the table over several turns rather than assembling a compact combo.
