Deck overview

This Gruul partner deck leverages the synergy between Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith and Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to turn every land drop into explosive combat and direct damage value. Toggo creates Rock equipment tokens whenever lands enter the battlefield. When these Rocks are thrown, sacrificed to utility engines, or converted into mana through Krark-Clan Ironworks, Ich-Tekik distributes +1/+1 counters to itself and all Golem creatures. Burn engines such as Ingenious Artillerist, Reckless Fireweaver, and Biotech Specialist translate token creation and sacrifice into life loss for the entire table. The deck plays a robust ramp package that accelerates both commanders into play by Turn 5. It transitions into overwhelming combat swings and burn damage around Turn 6, closing games on Turn 8 while utilizing defensive staples like Deflecting Swat and Inspiring Call to shield its board.
