Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Aura Voltron and Enchantress strategy led by Arna Kennerüd, Skycaptain. The core game plan focuses on deploying efficient cost reducers and mana rocks during the opening turns, casting Arna on Turn 4, and modifying it with scaling or disruptive Auras. When Arna attacks, its ability duplicates every attached Aura and doubles counters, creating exponential power growth and repeatedly triggering enters-the-battlefield effects like Sheltered by Ghosts and Cartouche of Knowledge. While the deck lacks fast combo finishes or dedicated tutors, it maintains high card velocity through enchantress draw engines and combat damage triggers. It protects its primary threat with a layered suite of Ward, hexproof, indestructible, and cheap countermagic. Across typical games, the deck applies severe single-target pressure by Turn 5 and eliminates opponents sequentially over three combat rotations.
