Deck overview

This is a mono-blue draw-matters control deck helmed by Council of Reeds, a commander that spams token copies of itself whenever you cast a noncreature spell (with the legend rule suspended for your creatures). The commander feeds a modest token subtheme - Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards, Junk Winder, Ethereal Investigator - but the deck's true engine is its enormous draw suite: Rhystic Study, Archmage of Runes, Valeria Richards, Precocious, Reed Richards, Smartest Man, and a dozen cantrips. The plan is to bury opponents in card advantage, trigger draw-matters payoffs (Chasm Skulker, Homunculus Horde, Alandra, Sky Dreamer, Kid Loki), and close through one of several hand-size/self-mill wins: Triskaidekaphile, Laboratory Maniac/Jace, Wielder of Mysteries off Enter the Infinite, or Psychosis Crawler drain. It is a slow, grindy inevitability deck that wins through sheer card volume rather than speed.
