Deck overview

This Jeskai midrange deck centers on Arthur, Marigold Knight to cheat high-mana creature payoffs directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. By pairing Arthur with low-cost early attackers, the deck consistently triggers Arthur's ability on Turn 4, digging six cards deep for game-warping dragons, extra combat enablers, and disruptive enters-the-battlefield creatures. The core engine leverages blink spells like Ephemerate, Cloudshift, and Restoration Angel—or Sundial of the Infinite—to exile and return the cheated attackers, permanently keeping them on the board instead of returning them to hand at the end of combat. Backed by solid ramp, efficient single-target exile removal, and defensive spells such as Boros Charm and Guardian of Faith, the deck builds overwhelming aerial combat pressure over two turn cycles to close out games. An alternate infinite combat line exists via Combat Celebrant and Helm of the Host, providing a sudden, non-combat-damage-dependent combo finish.
