Commander: Bard, King of Dale

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Azorius token-draw deck is helmed by Bard, King of Dale, who doubles the first extra card drawn each turn and doubles all token creation. The primary game plan is to deploy heavy draw engines (Rhystic Study, Esper Sentinel, The One Ring) to trigger token-makers like Alandra, Sky Dreamer and Mischievous Mystic, then overwhelm opponents with a wide board boosted by Cathars' Crusade or Proft's Eidetic Memory. Backup wins include Laboratory Maniac / Thassa's Oracle via self-mill from Psychic Corrosion or Time Spiral, and the occasional Omniscience blowout. The deck leans on Bard to double its key resources, but still functions at a reduced capacity without it.
