Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats combo deck helmed by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel. The primary game plan revolves around generating a steady stream of sacrifice fodder (tokens from Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, and Pawn of Ulamog, then using sacrifice outlets like Phyexian Altar and Yawgmoth, Thran Phy sician for value and drain. The deck wins via infinite loops: Equisite Blood + Sanguine Bond (lifelink drain loop), Gravecrawler + Phyexian Altar + a drain effect (Blood Artst or Zulaport Cutthroat), or Pitless Plunderer + Ashnod's Altar for infinite mana into Exsanguinate or Gray Mercant of Asphodel. The commander provides card draw on etb/attack and transforms after four death triggers into a form that gives a persistent emblem draining on any death, accelerating the grind.
