Deck overview

This Gruul deck harnesses exile mechanics under Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald to generate explosive card advantage and a swelling army of 2/2 Wolf tokens. By combining low-cost ramp with impulse draw, Cascade, Foretell, and Adventure spells, the deck consistently triggers Faldorn multiple times each turn. It transitions from early resource acceleration into lethal board states using static damage amplifiers like Shared Animosity, direct cast-from-exile burn triggers from Passionate Archaeologist and Keeper of Secrets, and massive asymmetric swings via Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest or Etali, Primal Conqueror. An integrated Food Chain and Squee, the Immortal infinite loop provides a compact alternate win condition. While vulnerable to timely board wipes and heavy stax effects like Drannith Magistrate, the deck's high card velocity and resilient threat density allow it to rebuild rapidly and overwhelm opponents with combat damage and non-combat burn.
