New Untitled Deck by codenamesqueaky

Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain is the entire engine: the deck builds a small board of colored legendary permanents to raise Sisay's power, then uses her five-color activation to put more legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. The primary plan is to chain Sisay activations into Derevi, Kinnan, Emiel, and Faeburrow, run an infinite mana/ETB loop, and finish with Tinybones Joins Up. Secondary paths use treasure and token generation through Smothering Tithe, Tivit, Academy Manufactor, and Mirkwood Bats, with Smaug the Magnificent as a direct combat finisher. Captain Sisay in the 99 is a second Sisay-tutor effect, but no separate hidden commander is intended.
