Krenko by user4098310

Format: Commander

Commander: Krenko, Mob Boss

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Krenko, Mob Boss is the exponential engine at the core of this mono-red Goblin swarm. The primary plan is to curve low-cost Goblins into Krenko, use a haste outlet such as Goblin Warchief or Goblin Chieftain to make his tap ability live immediately, and convert the resulting token mass into combat damage, ETB triggers, and X-of-things burn. Secondary paths lean on Impact Tremors, Purphoros, God of the Forge, and General Kreat to drain all opponents while Krenko doubles, with Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin acting as a hidden backup engine. The commander is a tap-doubling engine rather than a finisher; the deck wins by volume-tokens, pings, and final burn spells-rather than a single combo.
