Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Dragon tribal stompy strategy helmed by Morophon, the Boundless. The deck focuses on developing mana velocity in the opening turns through land-based ramp and cost reducers. Once Morophon enters on Turn 5, its {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} cost reduction makes multi-colored Dragons drastically cheaper or free when paired with alternative-cost cards like Fist of Suns, Jodah, Archmage Eternal, or Leyline of Mutation. This enables explosive turns where heavy threats like Tiamat, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, and Lathliss, Dragon Queen flood the board. The deck leverages card-draw engines like Garruk's Uprising and Temur Ascendancy to sustain momentum, then closes the game on Turn 6 via massive airborne combat damage doubled by Atarka, World Render and Thrakkus the Butcher.
