Deck overview

This Kratos, God of War deck is an aggressive mono-red combat deck designed to force relentless pressure and punish passive play. Kratos sits in the command zone providing double strike, granting universal haste to all creatures, and dealing end-step burn damage to players for each creature they control that failed to attack. The deck leverages this instant aggression by accelerating into devastating mid-game threats like Karlach, Fury of Avernus, Neheb, the Eternal, and Bloodthirster. These creatures take full advantage of immediate attacks to generate massive mana, force extra combat phases, and trigger devastating damage multipliers such as Fiery Emancipation and Solphim, Mayhem Dominus. Opponents are caught between losing life to combat attacks or holding back blockers and suffering heavy burn from Kratos. Supported by red stack protection, equipment, and an infinite combat loop with Aggravated Assault, the deck rapidly closes games by Turn 6.
