Kotis, the Fangkeeper is a Sultai voltron engine: an indestructible 2/1 that turns every combat hit into a free-cast bonanza, exiling a number of cards from the opponent's library equal to the damage dealt and letting you cast any of them with mana value X or less. The deck accordingly wants Kotis huge, doubled, and unblockable. It develops with dorks and land ramp (Llanowar Elves, Sultai Devotee, Grow from the Ashes, Roamer's Routine), then loads him with a 12-card equipment suite - Swiftfoot Boots for haste/hexproof, Fireshrieker/Leyline Axe/Genji Glove for double strike and extra combats, and Brotherhood Regalia/Rogue's Passage for evasion. +1/+1 counter synergies (Hollowmurk Siege, Stalwart Successor, Ordeal of Nylea) and instant-speed pumps amplify each connect. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins through commander damage and by casting opponents' own spells, with light draw/reanimation support in Prime Speaker Zegana and Staff of Eden, Vault's Key.
