Deck overview

This deck leverages Obeka, Splitter of Seconds to weaponize the upkeep step through combat damage. By boosting Obeka's power and granting unblockability with cards like Brotherhood Regalia, Hero's Blade, and Tavern Brawler, every attack converts combat damage into multiple consecutive upkeep triggers. These extra steps supercharge monarch courts such as Court of Ambition and Court of Ire, accelerate suspend cards like Ancestral Vision and Inspiring Refrain, and trigger powerful upkeep effects like Dominus of Fealty and Twilight Prophet. The deck establishes a rapid mana base through 2-CMC mana rocks, deploys Obeka on Turn 4, and attacks on Turn 5 to strip opposing hands and life totals simultaneously. Opponents are forced into topdeck mode while the deck compounds card advantage and direct damage, closing the game on Turn 6.
