Villainous Choices by SteveTheCoach

Format: Commander

Commander: Norman Osborn // Green Goblin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Norman Osborn is the unblockable early looter; Green Goblin is the late-game recursion finisher whose mayhem and cost reduction turn discarded spells into casts. The 99 is built to use both faces, but the engine is the discard payoff stack: Birgi, Storm-Kiln Artist, Bone Miser, Magmakin Artillerist, and the wheels. The primary plan is to loot/wheel, fill the graveyard, and convert each discard into mana, cards, and damage. Once Underworld Breach plus a ritual and Wheel are assembled, the deck loops Wheels from the graveyard and pings opponents to death; a Curiosity-Glint-Horn-Brallin loop is the compact alt win. No hidden commander: Brallin and Kefka are support combo pieces, not alternate generals.
