Deck overview

This is a mono-blue draw-based combo/control deck built around Nezahal, Primal Tide and card-advantage engines. The primary plan is to ramp with artifact mana, draw huge quantities with spells like Enter the Infinite, Finale of Revelation, and Sea Gate Restoration, then finish by draining opponents with Psychosis Crawler or winning with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries / Laboratory Maniac after emptying the library. Twenty-Toed Toad gives an attack-based alternative. Nezahal acts as a repeatable draw engine and a self-protecting flash blocker, while Jin-Gitaxias // The Great Synthesis and Hullbreaker Horror serve as hidden engines and protection. The deck has strong countermagic and bounce, but early disruption of its artifact ramp can slow it significantly.
