New Untitled Deck by user4966528

Format: Commander

Commander: Ms. Bumbleflower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Helmed by Ms. Bumbleflower, this Bant deck is a group-hug/counter/value hybrid that turns every spell into a +1/+1 counter, flying, and - on the second trigger each turn - two cards of your own. The core loop is casting two or more spells per turn to feed Managorger Hydra-style payoff creatures and Simic Ascendancy, then closing through one of several alternate wins: Twenty-Toed Toad attacking with twenty counters or twenty cards in hand, Triskaidekaphile with exactly thirteen cards, or twenty growth counters on Simic Ascendancy. Combat is the backup plan, with Kalonian Hydra, Mossborn Hydra, Byrke, Long Ear of the Law, and Doubling Season turning a counter deck into a flying, trampling alpha strike. The deck leans heavily on the commander's triggered draw engine, and its weakest link is rebuilding after a mass-removal spell.
