Deck overview

This deck is a competitive Cheerios storm strategy led by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. The primary objective is to accelerate Jhoira onto the battlefield on Turn 2 or 3 using an extensive suite of fast mana rocks. Once Jhoira resolves, the pilot casts zero-mana artifacts to trigger continuous card draw, cycling through the deck. Mass bounce spells like Retract, Hurkyl's Recall, and Paradoxical Outcome return these artifacts to hand, resetting mana rocks and drawing dozens of fresh cards. The storm turn concludes by executing the Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal infinite mana combo, firing lethal damage with Walking Ballista, or laser-blasting the entire table with Aetherflux Reservoir. A deep suite of pitch countermagic, including Force of Will and Pact of Negation, defends the combo turn at zero mana cost.
