Deck overview

This dimir mill deck leans on Captain N'ghathrod as a value engine: Horrors get menace, poke for mill, and the end step steals the best card that just entered an opponent's graveyard. The primary win is a two-card library wipe: Bruvac the Grandiloquent plus kicked Maddening Cacophony (or Singularity Rupture). Secondary paths are Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank life-loss loops, Phenax tapping a huge Consuming Aberration, or overwhelming the board with stolen creatures. There is no double-faced commander; Bruvac acts as a hidden combo lynchpin and the deck is built around making mill massive rather than around a single commander activation.
