Deck overview

This is a Grixis discard-and-wheel control deck helmed by Nicol Bolas, the Ravager, built to force opponents to churn through their hands while every card they draw or discard costs them life. The engine is a dense web of draw-punishers - Nekusar, the Mindrazer, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Underworld Dreams, Orcish Bowmasters, Megrim, and friends - fed by a full wheel suite (Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Dark Deal, Jace's Archivist). Nicol Bolas himself triggers a discard on entry and flips into a planeswalker draw engine, but the deck does not lean on him. The primary fast win is Doomsday into Thassa's Oracle, with Underworld Breach + wheel + punisher as a secondary combo and the pure grind of Nekusar-style damage as the fallback. It plays as a control deck that turns every opponent draw step into a liability.
