Deck overview

This is a **Golgari planeswalker "superfriends" deck** helmed by Carth the Lion. Carth's triggered ability looks at the top seven cards whenever a planeswalker enters or dies, putting a planeswalker card into your hand - a repeatable tutor for the deck's central card type. The primary win condition is overwhelming value from planeswalker ultimates (Liliana, Dreadhorde General's -9, Garruk, Caller of Beasts's -7, Sorin Markov's -3 into life-set, etc.) backed by token armies and combat. Secondary combo lines exist: Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + Nest of Scarabs can draw infinite cards and put infinite -1/-1 counters on anything, while Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider + Innkeeper's Talent doubles all counters, accelerating ultimates. The deck is built to grind out incremental advantage via a dense suite of planeswalkers, removal, and recursion, then close with a game-ending activation.
