Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages Clavileño, First of the Blessed to turn aggressive low-mana Vampires into resilient card draw and 4/3 flying Demon tokens. By deploying cheap creatures on turns one and two, casting Clavileño on turn three allows an immediate attack trigger that marks an attacking Vampire. Sacrificing this marked creature using free outlets like Viscera Seer or Bartolomé del Presidio yields fresh cards while establishing evasive aerial board presence. Multipliers such as Teysa Karlov and Drivnod, Carnage Dominus double these death triggers, creating massive card advantage and an overwhelming swarm of flying threats. The deck closes games around turn seven through broad aerial swings bolstered by Akroma's Will and lord effects, or through an infinite life-drain loop with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Exquisite Blood. High-synergy protection spells like Flare of Fortitude ensure the board survives sweepers while maintaining relentless aristocrat pressure.
