Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Aristocrats strategy built around Shadow the Hedgehog. It leverages haste creatures, outlaw synergies, and Treasure tokens to grind out opponents through combat and burn triggers. Shadow the Hedgehog provides card draw whenever a creature with haste or flash dies and grants Split Second to any spell cast using mana produced by artifacts, such as Treasures. The deck aims to steal opposing creatures with cards like Act of Treason and Furnace Reins, attack with them, and then sacrifice them to value engines like Stormclaw Rager and Rakdos, the Muscle. Lifedrain staples like Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, and Marionette Apprentice turn every sacrificed token and creature into incremental damage against the entire table. While its low land count of 28 lands can cause early mana stumbling, the deck compensates with potent targeted removal that is impossible for opponents to counter when fueled by artifact mana.
