This is a Jund lands-matters deck helmed by Hearthhull, the Worldseed, built around sacrificing lands for value and then recurring them. The commander's activated ability - sacrifice a land, draw two, play an extra land - is the deck's primary card-flow engine, and at 8+ charge counters it becomes a flying, vigilant, hasty beater that pings each opponent for 2 every time you sacrifice a land. The 99 is a dense web of landfall payoffs (Scute Swarm, Lotus Cobra, Tireless Provisioner, Moraug, Fury of Akoum), land recursion (Crucible of Worlds, Ramunap Excavator, Splendid Reclamation, Aftermath Analyst), and land-sacrifice outlets (Zuran Orb, The Gitrog Monster). Wins come through Moraug, Fury of Akoum extra-combat chains, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle plus mass landfall, a Scute Swarm swarm, or the commander's drain.
