Commander: Savra, Queen of the Golgari

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Golgari aristocrats/sacrifice deck helmed by Savra, Queen of the Golgari, built around generating tokens and recursive creatures, feeding them through sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Warren Soultrader, and converting every death into table-wide life drain via Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, and Syr Konrad, the Grim. Savra herself compounds the engine - sacrificing black creatures forces opponents to sacrifice, while green sacrifices gain life. The primary win condition is assembling one of several infinite drain loops, most efficiently Witherbloom Apprentice + Chain of Smog, or the Protean Hulk line into Blood Artist + Zulaport Cutthroat + Nether Traitor. Tutors like Insatiable Avarice, Dina's Guidance, and Chord of Calling find the pieces, while Meren of Clan Nel Toth and Cauldron of Essence provide recursion. It is a low-curve (2.42 MV) combo-value hybrid that wins through repeated life loss.
