Slime Time by Glidy

Format: Commander

Commander: Uugguu, the Omniplasm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Sultai list helmed by Uugguu, the Omniplasm is a death-trigger token-copy engine that turns nontoken Ooze deaths into two 2/2 copies. The core loop is to make the whole board Oozes with Maskwood Nexus, Leyline of Transformation, Arcane Adaptation, or Conspiracy, then sacrifice clone creatures like Phyrexian Metamorph and Clever Impersonator to Yawgmoth, Thran Physician or Phyrexian Altar. Each death refunds the board with two nonlegendary token copies, which feed mass-draw spells like Distant Melody and Kindred Discovery and mana engines like Gaea's Cradle and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. The deck wins by grinding out a wide pumped Ooze army with Biowaste Blob/Roaming Throne, or by dumping a huge Torment of Hailfire; The Mimeoplasm and mass reanimation like Haunting Voyage and Bloodline Bidding supply backup angles.
