Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Gruul aggro strategy commanded by Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers. The primary objective is to leverage dense low-CMC ramp to cast the seven-mana commander on Turn 4. Because the commander possesses natural haste and trample, it attacks immediately upon deployment, triggering a pseudo-cascade ability that reveals cards from the library and puts a creature directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. The 99 is saturated with overwhelming threats such as Blightsteel Colossus, Worldspine Wurm, Etali, Primal Conqueror, and Terror of Mount Velus, alongside extra-combat enablers like Moraug, Fury of Akoum and Raphael, Tag Team Tough. Efficient one-mana protection spells defend key combat windows against opposing removal, allowing the deck to snowball overwhelming trample damage and eliminate the table by Turn 6.
